CBE Greater DC Movie Event: Women, Wisdom, and the Word

Join us for a relaxed and inspiring evening as CBE Greater DC hosts a casual movie event at the home of one of our board members. We'll watch Hidden Figures and Chocolat, two powerful films that explore themes of courage, identity, and the transformative role of women in society.

After the screenings, we’ll engage in a meaningful discussion focused on the biblical context for women—how these stories resonate with Scripture and what they reveal about the value and agency of women throughout history and today.
